Risk Management Specialist™ (RMS) Certification
The Risk Management Specialist™ Program helps REALTORS® and brokers protect their bottom lines. The RMS Program is a cutting-edge certification, created by local real estate and legal experts, to help REALTORS® enhance their industry knowledge, execute better transactions and reduce their exposure to risk. The foundation of the RMS certification is the completion of a course of study that focuses on risk mitigation. All courses are DRE-approved and accredited. More.

Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics distinguishes REALTORS® from other real estate professionals. All REALTORS® are required to take an Ethics Class every four years to help the standard that they are required to practice. More.
Procuring Cause
