SDAR Member Benefit
SDAR's local transaction forms are available on WINForms®. The best part of this is that SDAR REALTORS® receive this great new benefit free! Other REALTORS® in the county can buy the library for $69 (pro-rated monthly).
Existing users of WINForms®: If you are logging in to the new C.A.R. web site for the first time, you will need to register entering your existing username and password to access members-only areas -- including WINForms®. Once you have logged on, you will need to create a new username and password for future visits.
When logging into C.A.R. to get WINForms®, you will need your nine-digit NRDS number as Member ID and the last four digits of your Social Security Number as the password.
NOTE: If your password does not work, try using 1234 or 0000 for the password.
