Lockboxes ensure safe and easy accessibility to your listings using the latest technology.

Cost - $126.15 includes tax

To purchase a lockbox: Visit any of SDAR’s Service Centers.

To transfer a lockbox from one agent to another: Call your service center or you may email the information to jrobles@sdar.com. You will need to supply the following information:

  • Your member number
  • Lock box serial number
  • Member number and name of the agent you are transferring the lockbox to

The receiving agent has 72 hours to take possession of the lockbox. To do so:

  1. Update SentriCard
  2. Insert card into lockbox to take possession
  3. Update card again

If the above procedure is not done within 72 hours, the lockbox will revert back to the original owner. If you need more time than 72 hours, please contact the service center for assistance.

Malfunctioning lockboxes: Please contact SentriLock for a support ticket to troubleshoot or to determine if the lockbox will be replaced at no charge. Contact information: SentriLock Support 1-877-SENTRILOCK (736-8745) or support@sentrilock.com.
