This introductory class will demonstrate how to create a pro-forma to forecast the income, expenses, financing, acquisition costs and sale proceeds for a real estate investment with stabilized income. The pro-forma income is used to evaluate and compare to alternative investment scenarios and investments. Excel will be used to make calculations. However, this is not a class in the use of Excel. The class will be taught by Mark Goldman who has over 40 years of investment real estate experience. He was a real estate lecturer at San Diego State University for 13 years and has been a mortgage broker in San Diego for over 30 years.
